Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Check Acceptance Policy
Hotel does not accept travelers checks or personal checks.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Pre-paid reservations cannot be amended without losing the full deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early check-in
Our standard check-in time at Hotel Des Indes is 15:00 local time. The possibility for and early check-in is subject to availability, a request for early arrival cannot be confirmed before the check-in time. The cost for an early check-in is € 50, if you want to check in before 9.00 AM.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel charges EUR 25 for an additional bed for children ages 3 - 17. An additional bed for a guest who is 18 or over will be charged at full price. Please note that most of our rooms do not have an extra bed and that we will have to place it by request.
Cribs are provided upon request at a charge of Euro 25 per day. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
